KASKI Archipelago collection wooden thermo exterior doors are designed for private homes where high thermal insulation, stable construction and distinctive Nordic design are important. All Archipelago collection models are manufactured exclusively with a Thermo 86 mm construction, providing high energy efficiency and suitability for Latvian climate conditions, including humidity, wind, frost and temperature fluctuations.
The door construction includes EPS thermal insulation, double sealing in both the frame and the door leaf, a pine frame with LVL reinforcements, adjustable security hinges and a painted finger-jointed pine frame. The standard frame depth is 115 mm. The threshold is made of birch with an aluminium front edge and protective strip.
Archipelago collection models feature premium Nordic design. Depending on the model, the exterior side of the door may include decorative engraving or another decorative solution, while the interior side is smooth; versions with a smooth surface on both sides are also available.
The thermal transmittance value of the Archipelago Thermo construction is up to Ud ≈ 0.59 W/(m²K) for models without glass and approximately Ud ≈ 0.80 W/(m²K) for models with glazing, depending on the specific configuration.
The standard configuration includes an ASSA 2002 lock case. Handles, cylinders with keys and WC thumbturns are selected separately.
For an additional charge, it is possible to choose a 130 mm, 170 mm or 210 mm frame, black or concealed hinges, Satin frosted glazing, decorative engraving on the inside of the door, double-sided painting, as well as other hardware and configuration options.
Manufacturing time is 6 weeks. The doors come with a 2-year warranty, and delivery is available throughout Latvia.
